Welcome to the Plano West Band family! 💙🐺

As a parent of a band student, you’re automatically part of the Plano West Band Boosters — a team of supportive and dedicated parents working alongside our amazing directors to create the best experience possible for our students. 

The Boosters are here to help! We coordinate events, lend a hand where needed, and raise funds to provide important resources beyond what Plano ISD covers. This gives our directors more time to focus on what matters most — helping your student grow as a musician and leader. 

💰Plano ISD provides some funding, but it’s not enough to support everything that makes our band experience truly exceptional. That’s where the Band Boosters — and YOU — come in! 

Your $150 annual band fee and our fundraising efforts help cover:

• 🥁 New instruments and equipment

• 🧑‍🏫 Expert clinicians for camps and rehearsals

• 🎼 Custom marching drills and music

• 🎓 TMEA Convention for our Band Directors

• 🔧 Anything else our directors need to support our students!

Get involved and make a difference! Whether you can volunteer once or several times, we appreciate every helping hand. 👋 From chaperoning a football game to helping at concerts or the Spring Trip — it truly takes a village! 🏘️

And trust us — even if your teenager doesn’t say it out loud, they LOVE seeing you support them. 💙
